These terms cover the $1 CAD founding-spot reservation on gordai.ca, run by Ploski Studio, an independent development studio based in Okotoks, Alberta. By paying the $1, you agree to them.
Ces conditions couvrent la réservation de place fondatrice à 1 $ CA sur gordai.ca, exploité par Ploski Studio, un studio de développement indépendant basé à Okotoks, en Alberta. En payant le 1 $, vous les acceptez.
What you are paying for Ce que vous payez
Your $1 CAD reserves a founding spot. It is not refundable; do not expect a refund. When GordAI launches, your $1 becomes your first month of the subscription, which is otherwise $10 CAD/month. You can cancel anytime after launch, effective at the end of the month you cancel in.
Votre 1 $ CA réserve une place fondatrice. Il n’est pas remboursable; ne vous attendez pas à un remboursement. Au lancement de GordAI, votre 1 $ devient votre premier mois d’abonnement, qui coûte autrement 10 $ CA par mois. Vous pouvez annuler en tout temps après le lancement, l’annulation prenant effet à la fin du mois en cours.

We intend to launch GordAI, but we do not promise a specific date. We will email the address you paid with as soon as it is ready.

Payment Paiement
Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s own terms of service. We do not see or store your card details.

Eligibility Admissibilité
You need to be able to enter into a binding contract and provide a valid email address to reserve a spot.

GordAI runs on AI models from established third-party providers. The Canadian-context layer, the product, and the business are ours; the underlying models are not.

These terms cover the reservation only. When GordAI launches, using it will be governed by its own terms of service, which we will publish at that time.

This page and the reservation are provided as is. We do not guarantee that GordAI will have any specific feature, or that it will match any other AI assistant, when it launches.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you arising from this reservation is limited to the $1 CAD you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
