Privacy policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026.

This policy covers the GordAI marketing website (gordai.ca). The live product at app.gordai.ca has its own account, billing, and conversation data handled there; contact us if you need details about that. This page explains what the marketing site itself collects.

Who we are

GordAI is built and run by Ploski Studio, an independent development studio in Canada. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

This marketing site does not run a signup form. To try Gord, you go to app.gordai.ca. You can send three messages without an account; to keep going, sign in with Google or email and password. You may later subscribe through Stripe on the app. Card details are handled by Stripe on the app; we never see them on this site.

Beyond that, this site collects:

How we use your information

On this marketing site we use ad measurement (if you accept the notice) to see whether our advertising is working. Account email and billing live on the app. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything other than what is described here.

Where your information goes

We are a Canadian business, but we are honest that your information is not all processed in Canada. Stripe, our payment processor, and Meta, if you accept the pixel, both process data outside Canada under their own privacy policies. Cloudflare processes our analytics data. We do not control how these companies handle information beyond what we send them; their own privacy policies apply to their part.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept on the app for as long as your account is active, and as required for tax or legal reasons. To ask for deletion, email [email protected].

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We do not set our own cookies. The Meta pixel, if you accept it, may set cookies in your browser; Meta’s own privacy policy covers those. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
